SNAPP DogNet - SNAPP Utilizing the YOLO V3 Model to Detect Objects

The zkApp has the premise of feeding in images where the it will call a neural network to perform object detection and classification on the image. Once the objects have been detected compared to the following list, the get_reward method should pass the circuits and allow for the reward call.

Please note this zkAapp was developed on a Mina Workshop between 9-12th Dec 2021 and is a demo or work in progress.
